Teams and Enterprise customers within Vouch have the ability to define specific terms or names that are frequently mentioned in their video responses, enhancing transcription accuracy. This feature is particularly beneficial for industries with specialized vocabulary or unique names.

To following guide outlines how to configure this feature.

Custom Dictionaries are included for customers on Vouch's Teams and Enterprise tiers. To configure your custom dictionary, go to the Language section within your Organization's settings.

Scroll down till you find the title Custom Dictionary and then add your respective words, comma separated, to the list. You custom dictionary can include 600 characters.

Note: Responders name and organization name are automatically included in the model and do not need to be defined here.
