Vouch allows for brands to send Automated Email Reminders as a follow up to any individual that they have invited to respond to a Vouch Request.
The automated reminders are sent every 2 days for a maximum of 7 times after the initial request has been sent. Each reminder includes a link to the respective campaign, as well the option for the respondent to schedule time in their calendar to do the recording.
The following guide outlines how you can turn on and off automatic reminders within the Vouch Platform.
Turn on Automatic Reminders
By default Automatic Reminders are turned on each time you create a new Vouch Request and click Send Request.
To confirm that Automatic Reminders have been turned on, simply click on the down the arrow next to the Send Request button and check if the Schedule Automatic Reminders toggle is set to On.
Automatic Reminders are sent every 2 days after the initial request has been sent for a maximum of 7 times. The reminders will automatically stop if the respondent submits a Vouch before each reminder period.
The time the reminder will be sent out will be within 15 minutes of the time you sent the initial request (ie. If you sent your original request on Monday at 1pm, the first reminder will be sent between 12:45pm - 1:15pm on Wednesday).
Turn off Automatic Reminders
To turn off Automatic Reminders simply click on the down the arrow next to the Send Reminder button and change the toggle from On to Off.
You will be provided a notification to confirm that the Automatic Reminder has been turned off.
