Vouch offers the ability to view and manage all Contacts and Organisations which are requested or respond to Vouch and Campaign Requests.
The following guide outlines how to view all these records, as well how to add and update Organisations and Contacts.
To view all Contacts and Organisations on your Account, simply navigate to the Contacts page located on the drop down navigation on Vouch.
The Contacts page is broken into two tabs, the first tab shows all Contacts associated with an Organisation, whilst the second tab shows Individual respondents.
Add a Contact or Organisation
To add a Contact or Organisation, simply select the New button located on the Contacts page, and select whether you to wish to Create a new contact or Create a new Organisation.
When creating a new contact, you will need to populate the Name and Email Address for the individual. You can also select to add the individual to an Organisation (or create a new Organisation on the fly).
When creating a new organisation, you will need to populate the Name value with URL being optional. You can also choose to upload a logo, or request Vouch to fetch a logo from the provided URL.
Update Contact / Organisation
To update an Organisation within Vouch, simply click on the ellipsis (…) button for the respective organisation and select the drop down option Update organisation.
To update an Organisation within Vouch, simply click on the ellipsis (…) button for the respective contact record and select the drop down option Update contact.
