Step by step guide to creating an Email Embed

Vouch Embeds provides the quickest and easiest way to showcase your best responses across your Digital Properties in just a few clicks.

Vouch offers eight Embed types for all users, Inline Player, Popover, Jumbo, Dialogue, Button, GIF, Email and Card.

The following guide shows outlines the steps involved in creating an Email embed type.

Creating your Embed

To create your first Embed simply navigate to the relevant Vouch Response, Recording, Upload or Playlist you wish to embed and load up the details page.

From the details page, click on the Embed option located within the share section on the right hand menu.

This will load up the Embed Editor where you can select Embed from the top menu.

Configuring your Embed

Vouch offers two variations of its Email Embed. These are:

GIF Preview

Short animated GIF preview of Video

Button Link

Simple button link

GIF Preview Settings

Vouch offers a limited set of customisation options for the GIF Preview, these are:

Corner Radius

Define how curved the GIF edges are

Image Alt Text

Accessibility text describing GIF

Custom Hyperlink

Specify a URL to link to
(Default is Playlink)

Button Link Settings

Vouch offers the following customisation options for the Button Link

Button Text

Define how curved the button edges are

Font Size

Size of the Text on Button

Font Weight

Boldness of the Text on Button

Horizontal Padding

Space above and below Button Text

Vertical Padding

Space left and right Button Text

Button : Background Color

Background Color for Button at rest

Button : Text Color

Text Color for the Button at rest

Button : Border Color

Outline Color for the Button at rest.

Hover : Background Color

Background Color for Button on hover

Hover : Text Color

Text Color for the Button on hover

Hover : Border Color

Outline Color for the Button on hover

Embedding in your Email

Once you have finished configuring the Embed within the Editor, the only remaining step in the process is to add the Embed to your website. The Email Embed offers only one Embed type, a simple snippet of HTML code.

Once copied, you can simply paste within your Email client.
