Requests - Contact form settings

Vouch allows for users to customise what data is collected post recording via the contact form. T

The contact form settings can be configured at an account level, and set as the default for any new request created or customised on a per request basis.

Configure contact form

To configure your contact forms, go to either the contact form page in the recorder settings at the account level or the contact form tab in the look & feel section of your request.

Show contact form

Decide whether you want to display a contact form after the user has submitted their response to your request. If disabled, all responses will come into your account as anonymous unless you have Audience SSO configured.

Contact Fields

Vouch offers a range of contact fields that can be added, moved around and adjusted to suit your data collection needs. The standard fields available are:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Role Title
  • Department
  • Phone Number
  • Pronouns
  • Location
  • ID Number
  • Company

Show/hide a field

To show/hide a field, simply click on the eye icon next to it. Hidden fields will be greyed out and not shown in the preview on the right.

Make a field optional/required

To make a field optional or required, click the pencil icon next to it. In the configuration modal that opens, adjust the toggle next to the optional title. Once you are done, hit update field for your changes to be saved.

Re-order fields

To change the order of the fields, click and hold the drag handle (⠿) next to a field and move it into a new position.

Rename a field

To rename a field, click the pencil icon next to it. In the configuration modal that opens, enter an override label to change what's displayed on the recorder. Once you are done, hit update field for your changes to be saved.
