Add candidates to a pitch
Once you have created and configured your pitch page, you are ready to add candidates to the pitch.
Signal offers three convenient ways to add candidates:
- Add individual candidates straight through the Signal administration panel.
- Upload a list of candidates through the Signal administration panel.
- Add candidate via LinkedIn with the Signal Browser Extension.
The following guide outlines how to add candidates using each methods.
Add an individual candidate
To add an individual candidate, open the candidates tab within your pitch, and then click the add candidate button.
A modal window will load, prompting you to enter the candidate's details, including their name and email address.
Once you have entered all the necessary details, click add to associate the candidate with the pitch.
Feel free to repeat this process to add more candidates at any time. To get the unique pitch page link for a candidate, click here.
Upload a list of candidates
To upload a list of candidates, open the candidates tab within your pitch, and then click the import CSV button.
The import CSV modal will appear, allowing you to upload a prepared CSV file from your computer.

Once the CSV is added, Signal displays an import preview where you can confirm the candidates you want to include.
Before proceeding, you can also select an option to generate a pitch page for each imported candidate. When ready, click import candidates.
You will now be returned to the candidates tab, where you can copy the unique pitch page URLs for each candidate.
Add candidates using the browser extension
Before starting, ensure the Signal Browser Extension is installed. To add a candidate, simply go to their LinkedIn profile and click on the extension icon.
The extension modal allows you to choose which pitch to associate the candidate with, as well as where to generate the dynamic video.
After making your selections, press generate pitch page to continue.
Signal will now generate the personalized pitch page and, if enabled, the dynamic video.
You will then be provided with the unique pitch page URL, which you can immediately share with the candidate.
Press copy link to get the pitch page URL which you can share with the candidate via InMail.
