Connect your Vouch account to LinkedIn so you can share content from your video library straight to your LinkedIn page or profile.

This following guide outlines the steps to connect the two platforms, plus how to post from Vouch to LinkedIn.

Install the App

To setup the Vouch App for LinkedIn, simply navigate to the Integrations page within your Vouch account and navigate to the LinkedIn listing.

Click on Connect to start the authentication process.

This will navigate you to the LinkedIn Authentication page, where you will need to confirm your account and grant permissions for Vouch to send assets to it.

Once you have completed the authentication, you will be redirected back to the Vouch Integration page, and the app will be updated with the Status Connected.

Posting to LinkedIn

Once you have installed the Vouch for LinkedIn app, you are able to share any video or playlist within your Vouch account. To get started, open the respective video or playlist and click on the share video button in the top right hand corner.

From the modal that loads up, click on the LinkedIn icon located under the Social header.

This will load up the Share to LinkedIn modal. From this screen you can decide which LinkedIn profile you wish to publish to (Will list any personal profiles and LinkedIn pages you have permissions to post to).

You can also start to write out your caption. To get started, feel free to click on the Generate Caption button to get Ask Vouch to generate a caption based upon the respective video and your company tone of voice.

Once you are happy with your caption, you can then choose to save as a draft on LinkedIn or publish on LinkedIn. If you click save as draft, this will save all your settings in your LinkedIn account which you can then edit via the LinkedIn app or website. If you click on publish, it will automatically publish the caption and video to the selected profile.

If you select to save as a draft, this is what the post will look like within LinkedIn.

Once you press publish, your caption and video will be added to your LinkedIn page or personal profile, You will be able to view metrics for any posts to your LinkedIn page within your Vouch account.
