Welcome message
The welcome message section lets you add a personalized greeting for candidates viewing the pitch page. You can use standard rich text formatting and dynamic fields to automatically include job or role attributes in your message.
The dynamic fields currently supported include:
| Candidate name | The name of the candidate the pitch page was generated for. |
| Company | The company defined in the job listing. |
| Position | The role defined in the job listing. |
| Recruiter name | The name of the individual on the contact card. |
Once saved, the message appears on every pitch page generated for the candidate.

Job listing
The job listing section details the position you are presenting to the candidate. To start, enter the job listing URL and press fetch job details. This will automatically pre-populate the title, description, company, location, salary, and hours from the respective job page.

Once the information is populated, you can edit any of the pre-filled fields if they aren't correct. The fetch job details action also automatically fills the apply now link.

Apply now link
The apply now link is where the candidate starts the application process. This option is separate from the main job listing, allowing you to hide it if you prefer the candidate to take an alternative path (e.g., booking a meeting).
If you have used the fetch job details action when building out the job listing, this should automatically be populated.

Contact card
The contact card identifies you or the hiring manager for the role. While it defaults to your user information, you can customise it for each individual pitch.
You can update your name, company, role, LinkedIn URL, and email address. Adding a LinkedIn URL or email address will allow the candidate to send communications to you via those channels.

Schedule meetings
The schedule meetings section lets you add your calendar app to the pitch page, allowing candidates to quickly book a meeting with you or the hiring manager.
It natively integrates with the following services, displaying the calendar as a modal on the pitch page:
- Calendly
- Google Calendar
- Cal.com
- YouCanBook.me
- Acuity
- Hubspot Meetings
- Zoho Bookings
For all other calendar services, Signal will redirect the candidate away from the pitch page.

Add links
Add links lets you feature one or more custom links on your pitch page, such as links to company culture pages, relevant documentation, or more. To add a new link, simply click the + add link button.

This will then allow you to add the link name and URL and select where the link should appear on the pitch page.

Colours and branding
Customize the colors of your pitch page using the panel on the right. You can either select a preset template or use the colour picker for full control.
Alternatively, if you used fetch job details option under job listing, Signal can automatically detect and suggest your brand colours
