Settings - Organization Settings
Organisation settings is where you centrally manage your parts of your account including team members, integrations and single sign on. The following guide outlines the different configuration options available.
Team Members
Manage who has access to your Vouch account and their respective roles. For information on managing team members, click here.
Single Sign On
Vouch supports Secure Assertion Markup Language 2.0 (SAML), which allows you to provide single sign-on (SSO) for both the Vouch Admin User Interface, Vouch Recorder and Vouch Playlinks using enterprise identity providers such as Active Directory and LDAP.
For further information on setting up Single Sign On (SSO), click here.
Custom subdomains
Customers are provided the opportunity to define a Custom Subdomain for their Vouch account. This Custom Subdomain will replace the app.vouchfor.com domain which is shown on various Vouch outputs including the recorder and the playlink.
To setup a custom subdomain, navigate to the custom subdomain section under your organization settings.
From the Custom Subdomain section, add in your custom subdomain in the subdomain field and click save changes.
Note: Vouch expects for a subdomain (ie. subdomain.yourdomain.com) to be added as your Custom Subdomain. Vouch does not currently support custom top level domains (ie. yourdomain.com)
Once you have done this, the page will update, providing you with the CNAME record and host which you will need to add to your domain’s DNS configuration.
Depending on your Domain provider and/or DNS management provider you use, the process for configuring this will be slightly different.
The following guides below show how to add a new CNAME record on a number of major providers in this space:
- Add a CNAME record on GoDaddy
- Add a CNAME record on CrazyDomains
- Add a CNAME record on Google Cloud
- Create an Alias record on AWS
- Add a CNAME record on Microsoft Azure
Once you have added your CNAME record, you can click on Verify to verify that your Custom URL has been configured correct.
If your CNAME record has been correctly setup, a verified icon will be displayed next to your domain.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for some services to propagate any DNS changes. If your domain does not verify immediately, you can come back at anytime and hit verify again.
Tracking
