What is GDPR?

GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation and is the underlying regulation for all European Union countries relating to data security and privacy.

What rights do I have regarding 'personal data' under GDPR?

Regardless of whether you are a Vouch user or have responded to a Vouch Request, all data subjects within the European Union have the following rights under GDPR:

  • The right of access

  • The right to rectification

  • The right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

  • The right to data portability

  • The right to object

  • The right to restriction of processing

How you exercise these rights will differ depending on whether you are a Vouch customers collecting responses, or if you have responded to a Vouch request. The below guide will outline the steps you should take.

If you’ve completed a Vouch request and wish to exercise your data subject rights, we recommend that you contact the person or organiation that created and sent the Vouch request.

Does Vouch has a Data Processing Amendment?

Vouch Data Process Amendment (DPA) is accessible here. This includes all obligations regarding the handling of personal data by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
