Vouch gives you the ability to download edited videos styled with your choice of template files from your video library.

The following guide shows outlines the steps involved to download a styled clip.

Download your Templated Video

To download the original video files, simply find the respective video you wish to download and click on it.

This will load the video details page. From here you will want to select the Download option from the left hand menu.

Configure your Download

Template

Choose the pre-defined styling you wish to apply to the video. To find out more about Templates and how to create your own, click here.

Display Settings

Burn Captions

Enabled this will burn the transcript for the video as captions within your Download. For videos which have multi-lingual transcripts, you will be presented with the option to select which transcript should be used.

Aspect Ratio

Define the aspect ratio for your video download from a range of pre-sets.

Questions

For multi-video responses, choose which Question(s) will be included in your Download. For more information about questions click here.

Start the download process

To download your video, simply click on the Download button located towards the bottom of the page.

The Download model will now appear and will tell you when you can download the file. If you do not wish to wait, you can either go to the Downloads page within your account to download later or click on the Email sent.
