Vouch's built-in analytics provide a comprehensive view of your account performance. You can analyse data at both the granular, transactional level and a high-level, macro view to uncover key insights.
Requests analytics
Request analytics provides a comprehensive breakdown of the performance of the Request and can be found under the Analytics tab in the Request details page.
The request analytics is broken into two key sections, overview and user breakdown. Further information around what is included in each report is outlined below.
Overview
The overview table provides the high level metrics relating to the specific request.
| Total opens | Total number of sessions where an individual has opened the request |
| Unique opens | Unique number of individuals who have opened the request. |
| Total starts | Total number of sessions where an individual has started the response process |
| Unique starts | Unique number of individuals who have started the response process. |
| Responded | Total number of responses collected |
User breakdown
The user breakdown report provides a granular analysis of user-initiated recording events. The data is presented at the session level, where each row signifies a distinct user session.

| Opened | Has the user opened the request? |

Video asset analytics

View analytics
The view analytics provide a breakdown of video view data for the specific video asset. The analytics page is broken into two key sections, overview and user breakdown. Further information around what is included in each report is outlined below.
Overview
The overview table provides the high level metrics relating to the specific video asset.
| Loads | Number of times the Vouch media player hosting the video asset has been loaded |
| Views | Number of times the video asset has been played. |
| Unique views | Number of unique individuals who have watched the video asset |
| Avg watch time | Average duration across all sessions |
| Watch range | Upper and lower watch ranges |
| CTA Clicks | Number of times the CTA button has been clicked. |
User breakdown
The user breakdown report provides a granular analysis of user-initiated recording events. The data is presented at the session level, where each row signifies a distinct user session.

Account Analytics
The Analytics section in Vouch provides a comprehensive view of your entire account's performance. The reports are broken into two sections, Admin and Recruiter. For more information around Recruiter analytics click here.
The Admin analytics page features several reports that you can filter by any date range. A description of each report is available below.

Third Party Analytics
Vouch offers integrations with Google Analytics and Looker Studio, allowing customers to track key interactions with Vouch events and include them as part of their broader reporting setup.
