Ask Vouch

Ask Vouch allows you to seamlessly analyze and interpret videos from across your Vouch account to unlocking a deeper understanding of your content, quickly surface relevant highlight clips which can then be used in Playlists; or create written content such as blogs, social posts and more.

How to access Ask Vouch

To access Ask Vouch in your account, navigate to the Vouch Library within your account and using the search and refinement options, find the content you wish to run Ask Vouch against.

Select the videos you wish to run Ask Vouch against and click on the Ask Vouch button in the bulk action menu.

This will load the Ask Vouch modal, which allow you to select to surface Insights or Highlights from the videos you have selected or generate Blog  or Social Posts.

Surface insights from videos

If you wish to analyze and interpret the selected videos, from the Ask Vouch modal that loads, we recommend selecting the Insights option from the drop down

Once selected, Vouch will provide you a series of sample prompts based upon the selected content or you can add your own prompt.

Ask Vouch will then return any relevant insights or information based upon the prompt.

From here you can either copy the response to the prompt or continue to prompt the tool.

Find relevant highlights

If you wish to surface relevant highlight clips from your selected videos, select Highlights option from the Ask Vouch modal.

Once selected, Vouch will provide you a series of sample prompts based upon the selected content or you can add your own prompt.

Ask Vouch will then scan the respective videos to see if it can find any relevant parts which can be used as highlight clips. From the returned results, you can click on the thumbnail to play each clip in full.

From here you can either continue to prompt the tool for more highlights and/or select the highlights you want and add them to a Playlist.

Create blog post / article

If you want to create a blog from the contents of the videos you have selected, pick the Blogs option from the Ask Vouch modal.

Once selected, Vouch will provide you a series of suggested prompts based upon the selected content or you can add your own prompt based upon the type of long form content you would like Vouch to produce.

Based upon the prompt you have added, Ask Vouch will generate an appropriate piece of content based upon your Style Guide and the contents of the video. If no Style Guide has been configured, the output will be more generic.

From here you can either re-prompt Vouch to improve the quality of the draft or copy the output and edit externally for publishing.

Create Social Posts

If you want to create a blog from the contents of the videos you have selected, pick the Social posts option from the Ask Vouch modal.

Once selected, Vouch will provide you a series of sample prompts based upon the selected content or you can add your own prompt.

Based upon the prompt you have added, Ask Vouch will generate an appropriate piece of content based upon your Style Guide, the contents of the video and the social network you have indicated. If no Style Guide has been configured, the output will be more generic.

From here you can either re-prompt Vouch to improve the quality of the draft or copy and paste in the respective social network.

Access Ask Vouch for an Asset

To access the power of Ask Vouch on an asset level, first navigate to the asset you wish to surface insights for. This can be a video or document. Once loaded, click on the Ask Vouch button in the top right hand corner.

This will load the Ask Vouch modal, which allow you to select to surface Insights or Highlights from the videos you have selected or generate Blog  or Social Posts.
