Ask Vouch

Ask Vouch lets you complete actions across your workspace using natural language. Instead of clicking through multiple screens, you can simply describe what you want to do — from creating Projects and Requests to organising content and building Compositions.

Ask Vouch is also context-aware. If you're already inside a Project or Request, it understands where you're working and uses that information automatically, so you don't need to repeat details it already knows.

How to access Ask Vouch

Ask Vouch is available through the Vouch Platform.  The key areas to find it are:


Dashboard

Access Ask Vouch from the dashboard through the prompt box.

Details page side panel

Access Ask Vouch from within any details page (Video, Image, Document, Content, Request, Project, Playlist, Composition) by simply clicking on the Ask button located at the top left of the page.

Finally, you can access the Ask Vouch homepage, including previous chats, by pressing the switcher located in the bottom left hand corner.

What Ask Vouch can do

Ask Vouch is designed to perform a range of actions across your workspace, including:

  • Search, create, and update Projects
  • Search, create, and update Requests
  • Search, create, and update Playlists
  • Search, create, and update Compositions
  • Search, create, and update Advocacy Requests
  • Add and remove Tags
  • Search for videos, audio files, documents, and images
  • Upload videos and documents from a URL

Ask Vouch is designed to handle multiple actions in a single prompt. If additional context is needed to complete a request, it will proactively ask follow-up questions.

Projects

Tips for getting the best results

  • Be specific about names, tags, and dates so Ask Vouch can act precisely.
  • When you're already inside a Project or Request, you can refer to "this Project" or "these videos" as Ask Vouch already knows the context.
  • You can chain actions together, such as finding highlights and adding them to a new Composition in a single request.
