Workspace branding
Set your brand once, and Vouch applies it across recording, Sync, sharing and playback. Branding lives in two places:
- Brand kit: the assets you use when creating content, such as colours, logos, fonts, overlays, audio, captions, intros and outros.
- Brand settings: how the Recorder and Playlink look to the people who record and watch.
Step 1: Add your assets to Brand kit
Open the avatar menu and choose Brand kit. Add your brand colours under Colors, your logo files under Logos, and your fonts under Text. For a full guide, see Brand kit.
Step 2: Brand the Recorder
- Open the avatar menu and choose Brand settings, then Recorder. (The same page is in Recorder, under Branding.)
- Choose the Response video template and the Look & feel, for example Rounded.
- Set colours for the Header, Primary button, Secondary button and Open graph (link previews), each with a background and a text colour. The Recorder preview updates as you go, with a separate OG image preview.
- Click Save changes.
Step 3: Brand your Playlinks
- Open the avatar menu and choose Brand settings, then Playlink. (The same page is in Playlink, under Branding.)
- Set the Appearance (Auto, light or dark) and the Look & feel.
- Set the same four colour pairs: Header, Primary button, Secondary button and Open graph. Use the Playlink and OG image previews to check them.
- Click Save changes.
Step 4: Add your workspace logo
Open the avatar menu and choose Settings, then General, and upload your logo.
