Creating content

Recruiters can use the Vouch Recruiter Enablement portal to create custom content outputs that streamline their workflows. These outputs are private and visible only to their creator.

The following guide outlines how to create a content output.

Creating a content output

To create a new content output at any time, simply click the Create button in the main navigation bar.

Alternatively, you can generate content directly from a persona, template, or asset page. This is a powerful option that automatically tailors the output with relevant information from the source item.

Regardless of where you start the creation process, you will be provide with five different content output types you can create. These are:

InMail message LinkedIn InMail message copy
Outreach email Candidate outreach email copy
Interview question Various questions to ask a potential candidate
Social post Copy for a social media post
Something else For content outputs that don't match the other categories

Based upon the option you select, you will be brought to the content creation screen. From this screen, you can start to build out your content output including defining the title and content.

Content can either be manually added or you can use Ask Vouch to help generate your output. If you are using Ask Vouch, you can add variables such as a LinkedIn profile URL or persona to help improve the relevance of the output.

If you are creating an InMail or Outreach message, you can also add personalisation variables.

Once you are happy with your content output, you can then save this into your library.
