Share email embeds

Vouch allows Recruiter users to quickly and easily generate email embeds for your video assets from both within the Recruiter Enablement portal and the Vouch Recruiter browser extension. The following guide outlines how to create your email embed.

Email embeds

First, navigate to the video asset you want to share. Then, click on it to open the details page.

From here, you can either click the share button to open the share sheet and scroll down to the embed GIF section. Vouch offers you two email embed options, copy GIF and copy GIF + text.

Copy GIF will generate an animated GIF type for the respective video and a hyperlink to the related video share link.

Copy GIF + Text will generate a combination of the animated GIF and button types and will include a hyperlink to the related video share link.
