Recruiter browser extension

The Vouch Recruiter browser extension is designed to make it easier to access the key features of the Recruiter Enablement portal at anytime.

Installation

The Vouch Recruiter extension is available for free on the Chrome Web Store. Simply visit our listing and click the add to chrome button to install it in seconds.

Next, your browser will ask for the necessary permissions. The Vouch Recruiter extension requires access to Vouch, LinkedIn, and Indeed to function correctly.

To approve and complete the installation, click add extension in the prompt.

Once added, you can click to pin the extension so it is available at anytime in your browser.

Supported browsers

The Vouch Recruiter browser extension is officially supported on the latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

While the extension may function on other Chromium-based browsers (e.g., Opera, Brave, Arc), we cannot guarantee full functionality or performance on these platforms. For the best experience, we recommend using a supported browser.

Using the extension

To load the Vouch Recruiter browser extension, simply click on the extension icon at anytime within your browsing experience. The extension will load as a side panel in your browser window, giving you access to the full recruiter enablement portal.

Personalize content

Create personalised outreach in seconds. The Vouch Recruiter extension automatically tailors your content by pulling data directly from the LinkedIn or Indeed profile you're viewing. Simply open the extension on a profile page and click to use their information in your prompt.

All generated content will automatically reflect your selected persona and brand tone of voice.

LinkedIn Recruiter dynamic fields

Vouch allows you to easily incorporate LinkedIn Recruiter's dynamic variables for personalised mass outreach. Within the text editor, simply click the + icon and select the desired variable to insert it into your content.

Add email embeds quickly

Easily embed animated GIFs of your videos directly into any email. When viewing the video you wish to share, click the Share button and select either Copy GIF or Copy GIF + Text. You can then paste it into your email composer.

Once copied, you can paste quickly and easily into your email platform.
