Once you've written your Vouch request, you're ready to send it to your happy customer. You can either send it from Vouch, or publish it and copy the link to send via email or another channel.
From this screen you can choose to preview the Vouch request or send yourself a test request, this will give you first hand experience of what your customer will see. Or you can continue reading this guide.
If you send the request through Vouch, your client will receive an email asking them to record a Vouch for you. Once they click Get started, they are taken to the same screen they would see if you sent them the link.
To respond, your client must enter the email address you used when you created the Vouch request.
After reading the request, press Request permissions so Vouch can access the camera and microphone.
The browser will now ask for permission to access the camera and microphone, choose Allow.
The camera is active, the record button on the first question becomes red. Press that to start recording. Press the red stop button to complete the recording.
It is possible to play back and redo any of the questions. Once happy submit the request to finish up.
A final thank you screen is displayed. You will be notified by email that the request is complete.
The response to a campaign has one additional screen. The client must identify themselves as the campaign allows multiple responses.
