Create a Persona

Personas enable Employer Branding teams to organise related videos, assets, and templates for easy access by their Recruiters.

To create a persona, simply navigate to the Recruiter section within the Vouch Admin and click on the Create persona button.

Within the new persona modal, you can assign a name to your persona. Furthermore, if you have previously established personas, you’ll find the option to duplicate their linked Assets and Templates here. Once you are happy with the Persona name you can hit Create persona to proceed.

The following screen allows you to configure your persona’s details. Providing a high-level description and requirements here will enhance the context available to Ask Vouch within the Recruiter portal. Once you are happy with your description and requirements you can press save & next to proceed to the next screen.

The second screen allows you to choose any videos, documents, images, links, and/or other assets to link to this persona. Please note that if approval workflows are active on your account, only assets with an approved status will be selectable. Once you are happy with your selections, press save & next to proceed.

On the third screen, you can select the templates you want to associate with the persona. Only templates marked with a Live status will appear as options. Once you are happy with your selections, press save & next to proceed.

The final screen provides a comprehensive review of your persona. Should you need to make adjustments, click the respective edit button. At this stage, you can choose to publish your persona (set it to “Live”) or save it as a draft.

Once your persona is set live, it will be available in the Recruiter Enablement portal.
