Create a Request

Recorder settings

Vouch provides you the ability to customise various parts of your Request, including various labels, tips and what pages are shown to the end user. These customisations can be applied on a per Request level or at an account level at Settings > Default Settings

The following guide outlines what can be customised within a Request.

Customise your Request

To customise your Request, select the Recorder Settings option from the left hand menu.

Content Settings

The Content Settings sections, you can customise the following

Vouch Title

This is both the title displayed on the Record Screen and the page title (which is displayed if you share the Request)

Show Cover Screen

Display an introduction screen to the Vouch request showcasing the cover message and video.

Show Account details

Display the Vouch user who created the respective Request.

Show Question List

Allow the user to see all questions up front and select the order upon which they wish to answer them.

Recording Tips

The next option you can define is the Recording Tips displayed on the Recorder. These tips appear just before the user starts recording, and if left blank, Vouch will simply display the default tips.

AI Note Generator

Enable AI Notes

Allow the respondent to generate speaker notes using AI prompts on the Recorder.

Kiosk Mode

Enable Kiosk Mode

Collecting responses at a live event? “Kiosk mode” makes it easy for multiple users to record one after another on the same device by automatically resetting the recorder after submission.

Use native recorder

Option to use the built-in camera app on mobile devices instead of the web-based Vouch recorder.

Legal

On each Campaign Request you can ask users to accept your Content release form and/or Privacy Policy. Simply add the URL to the respective document and decide whether to show or hide the required checkbox.

Post Recording

Display Contact Form

Display a contact form after the user has submitted their Vouch request.

Collect Company Information

Decide whether to collect Company Name, Company URL and Title or not.

Send Response Email

Send an email to the Respondent of the Vouch Request thanking them for answering.

Thank you Message

What the end user see’s once they have completed submitting their Vouch.

Customize Recorder

Under Customize Recorder you can decide what features you can turn on and off for the Public Recorder.

Require Authentication

For organisations that have setup Audience SSO, it is possible to turn on or off the requirement for respondents to authenticate via SSO before being able to record.
