Advanced Editor - Videos
The Vouch Advanced Editor lets you incorporate video in several ways, such as creating new scenes, adding b-roll overlays, or using a picture-in-picture effect.
This guide will walk you through how to add video as both new scenes and b-roll overlays.
Add a new video scene
To add an additional video scene to your composition, click on the video option from the left hand menu to open the video panel. From the panel you will see every file file available within your account.
First, select the template style you want for your new scene before you add it. Note that the template does not have to match the other scenes in your project.
Once you have confirmed your template, you can drag the video file into your timeline for where you want it to go.
Once added you will be able to see the the video in the canvas and on the video timeline, similar to the screenshot below.
From here you can adjust the video the same way as any other scene, including moving it's positioning, trimming or splitting it, adjusting the volume, playback speed and more, or choose to break out the elements of the template.
Add b-roll overlays
To add a video overlay, either for b-roll or as picture-in-picture, click on the video option from the left hand menu to open the video panel. From the panel you will see every file file available within your account.
