Playlink

The Vouch Playlink provides a quick and hosted way to share your collected Videos outside of the Platform. The following guide showcases the steps involved in getting your Vouch Playlink URL and the customisation options available.

Finding your Playlink URL

Vouch offers a number of ways in which you can grab your Playlink URL.

Alternatively, if you load up the respective video and click on the Share video button, you can copy the Playlink URL

Customise your Playlink

Vouch offers a range of ways in which you can customise the look and feel of your Playlink. These customisations can be done on a Global Level under the Playlink settings or on an individual video level.

Detailed below are the different customisation options available.

Branding

Under Branding you have the ability to customise the look and feel of your Playlink and ensure it matches your organization's brand. The configuration options available include:

Each of these settings can be customized on a per video basis if required.

Note: The Header and Primary Button colours will also be applied to your Recorder.

Call to action

Under call to action, you have the ability to decide whether the call to action button should be visible on each Playlink, as well what the Label and URL should be. Each of these settings can be customized on a per video basis if required.

Display settings

Under the display settings you will have the ability to decide what is the default template that should be applied to all Playlink videos, as well whether Transcriptions should be shown by default. Each of these settings can be customized on a per video basis if required.

Language

Under the language settings, you can decide what is the default language of the Playlink. This setting can be customized on a per video basis if required.
