Request analytics
Request analytics shows how a single request is converting: how many people opened it, how many started recording, and who went on to respond. Use it to see where people drop off between opening a request and sending a video, and to see who has and hasn’t responded.
Open the request and select the Analytics tab, next to Overview, Questions, Cover video, Recorder, Contact form, Language and Brand.
