Working with multiple workspaces

Some organisations use more than one Vouch workspace, for example one per brand, region or team (such as an external and an internal workspace). Each workspace has its own library, projects, settings, brand and team.

• Switch workspace: click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and choose from the list.
• Move a request between workspaces: open the request, then File, then Move request. See Move a request to another workspace.
• Settings are per workspace: Organization, Brand kit, AI, Recorder and Playlink settings apply only to the workspace you're in.
