Analytics for a single request, video or playlist
The dashboards show your whole workspace. To see how one item is doing, open it.
A request
Open the request and select the Analytics tab.
| Metric | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total opens | How many times the request link was opened |
| Unique opens | How many people opened it |
| Total starts | How many times someone started recording |
| Unique starts | How many people started recording |
| Responded | How many people submitted |
Below the totals, User breakdown lists each person with the date, their name, the referrer, and whether they opened, started and responded. Use it to see who to chase, or turn on automatic reminders when you invite contacts.
A video, composition or playlist
Open the item and click the analytics icon at the top right. It has two tabs:
- View analytics: who watched and how much. Until someone watches, it says "No one has viewed your response yet".
- Email tracking: engagement when the item was shared in an email. See Email embed.
