Fix audio, video and transcripts
Open the video, composition or playlist and use the File menu.
| Symptom | Try | What it does |

| Background noise, hum or low volume | Cleanup audio | Cleans up the audio track |
| Dark, shaky or poor-quality picture | Cleanup video | Improves the video |
| Video won't play, stutters, or looks wrong on some devices | Retranscode | Re-processes the video file |
| Transcript is wrong or in the wrong language | Retranscribe | Creates a new transcript. Check the request's transcription language first |
| A few words are wrong in the transcript | Edit transcription on the Transcript tab | Fixes words without starting again |
| Names and product terms keep coming out wrong | Add them in AI settings, then Custom dictionary | Improves future transcripts |
| Wrong still image before playback | Edit, then Update thumbnail | Picks a new thumbnail |
| Wrong person named on the video | Edit, then Update contact | Links the right contact |
