Collect videos at an event (kiosk mode)

Kiosk mode lets people record one after another on the same device, such as a tablet on a stand at a careers fair. The recorder resets after each submission, ready for the next person.

1. Create a request for the event, ideally with one or two short questions.
2. Turn on kiosk mode. Open the request's Recorder tab (step 2, Look & feel) and switch on Kiosk mode.
3. Keep the contact form short. On the Contact form tab, show only what you need, such as Name and Job Title.
4. Add your release form. If you need consent, turn on Content release form URL in the Recorder settings.
5. Set it live and open the public link on the event device. Test one recording before people arrive.
6. Invite people who can't queue. Share the request's QR code (next to the public link, Generate QR code) so people can record on their own phones.

Tips: use a stand at eye level, a quiet corner, and a ring light if you can. Turn on Allow audio only responses if some people prefer not to be on camera.
