Request statuses: draft, live, paused and complete
A request's status shows whether people can still record for it. You'll see it as a badge on the request card and above the request name.
| Status | What it means | How it gets there |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | You're still building it. Nobody can record yet | Every new request starts as a draft |
| Live | People with the link, or invited contacts, can record | Set live in step 3 of the builder |
| Paused | Temporarily closed to new responses | Edit, then Pause, or the card menu |
| Complete | Finished | Edit, then Complete, or the card menu |
Filter the Requests page by status to find what's still open. Responses you've already collected stay in the library whatever the status.
