Contributor consent & releases

Before you publish someone's video, make sure you have their consent for how you'll use it.

• Add terms to a request: in Recorder settings, then Legal settings, turn on Content release form URL and Privacy policy URL and add your links. Contributors then tick "I agree to the Content Release Form" and "I agree to the Privacy Policy" before Submit. Each request can override this on its Recorder tab.
• Require sign-in: turn on Require Authentication on a request's Recorder tab, so contributors must sign in with SSO.
• Handle withdrawal requests: delete the video with File, then Delete video.
