Capturing and importing documents

• Upload or import PDFs and other documents with Add new, then Upload to library. They appear on the Library's Documents tab.
• Capture a webpage as a document, for example a job ad or careers page, to keep it with a project.
• Use documents as source material for Ask Vouch, for example "Write request questions based on this job description."
