Create a composition from a Sync

A Sync gives you one recording per person, so you can cut between speakers or feature one person at a time.

1. Open the Sync and, under Compositions, click Create another.
2. Pick your moments from the transcripts or AI highlights.
3. Add each person's recording to the timeline where you need it.
4. Apply a template, then refine in the composition editor: captions, music, overlays, transitions.
