Summarise themes and keywords across responses

Goal: understand what people said without watching every response.

1. Summarise themes. "Summarise the main themes in responses to the Why Vouch request."
2. Get the keywords. "List the 10 most common keywords and how often each appears."
3. Go to the evidence. "Show me the clips behind the flexible working theme."
4. Act on it. Turn a theme into a playlist or composition, or tag the matching videos. "Tag those clips with Flexible working."
