Turn a Sync into highlight clips

Goal: shareable highlights from a recorded Sync with up to 6 people.

1. Find the Sync recording. "Open the responses from Thursday's leadership panel Sync."
2. Pull out the key moments. "Find the best answer from each participant about company culture."
3. Create the highlights. Ask for a single composition ("make a 90-second highlight reel") or separate clips ("make a 20-second clip for each speaker").
4. Review. Check that speakers and captions are correct, then share or add the clips to an advocacy post.
