Roles & permissions overview
What you can do in Vouch depends on your role. Team members with a user seat can tag, search, organise and collaborate in the library. Contributors, advocates and recruiters use Vouch without a full seat.

| Recruiter | Use the recruiter portal, personas, templates and share links | Counted separately, as Recruiters |
| Portal user | Use the unified employee portal | Counted separately, as Portal Users |
| Contributor | Record for a request or join a Sync | No, no login needed |
Admins see seat usage in Organization settings → Team members, for example "72 / 100 Seats", with Recruiters, Advocates and Portal Users counted on their own. Need more seats? Use Contact us on that page.
