Setup a Sync

The following article outlines the two ways to create a new Sync within your Vouch account.

Create a sync manually

Select Create from the left-hand menu and select create new Sync from the list of options

Enter a Name and, optionally, a select a Project to add it to, then click Create meeting.

Copy the Participant link and share it with everyone you’d like to join the Vouch Sync. To send an invite straight away, click Google Calendar, Gmail or Outlook. Each one opens a calendar event or email with the link already included.

When you are ready to record click on the Host link to load your recording experience.

Create a project with Ask Vouch

Easily generate Vouch Syncs using Ask Vouch by describing what you need in the prompt.

Try a prompt like this:

Ask Vouch: "Create a Sync called Employee Story interview "

Vouch will create the Sync and return both the Host link and Guest link for sharing.
