Create a project

The following article outlines the two ways to create a new Project within your Vouch account.

Create a project manually

Select Create from the left-hand menu and select create project from the list of options

Enter a Name and, optionally, a Description, then click Create project.

Once you have created your project, you can set the status, Starts and Ends dates, owner and colour under the name. For more information see Project settings reference.

Create a project with Ask Vouch

Easily generate projects using Ask Vouch by describing what you need in the prompt. Add details such as start/end dates, description, assignees, and key parameters right into your message.

Try a prompt like this:

Ask Vouch: "Create a project called Graduate Stories 2027, due 30 November, status planned."

Ask Vouch will proceed to build out the Project. From there, you can use Ask Vouch to:

• Collect new content by creating a Request or Sync.
• Add existing content from your Library by tag.
• Create Playlists or Compositions from the content in your Project.
