Aggregate & amplify a LinkedIn feed
Automatically turn your LinkedIn Company Page posts into Advocacy amplification requests and share them with your advocates via the portal, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
Connect your Feed
To connect your Company Page feed to your Vouch account, first make sure you have Content Admin or Super Admin access to your LinkedIn Page.
Next, install the Vouch for LinkedIn integration, or open it to configure it if you've already installed it. You'll find it under Organization settings > Integrations > LinkedIn.
For installation instructions, click here. Once installed, you'll see a modal like the one below.
From this modal you can:
- Select which LinkedIn Pages you want to create Advocacy amplification requests from.
- Choose whether these amplification requests are set Live automatically or need to be reviewed first (Draft).
- Set how many days you want the requests to stay active.
Select the page(s) you want to aggregate from, then set the other configuration options. Once you press Save settings, Vouch begins polling your Company Page every hour and creates a new amplification request for each new post it finds.
Auto-share your amplification posts
Portal
If you're using either the Advocacy or Recruiter portal, these amplification posts are shared with your Advocates as soon as they're set to Live.
Eligible advocates will receive an email notification and can also see the request in their feed when they log into the portal.
Microsoft Teams
To auto-share these amplification requests to Microsoft Teams, make sure an Advocacy Channel has been defined in your Vouch for Microsoft Teams integration.
To check, go to Organization settings > Integrations > Microsoft Teams and confirm the Advocacy Channel picklist has a value.
Vouch automatically shares the amplification posts to this channel with no manual intervention required.
Slack
To auto-share these amplification requests to Slack, make sure an Advocacy Channel has been defined in your Vouch for Slack integration
To check, go to Organization settings > Integrations > Slack and confirm the Advocacy Channel picklist has a value.
