Requests - Multi-video uploads

.The multi-video upload option allows respondents to upload existing video files directly to your Vouch request, giving them flexibility beyond recording new videos on the spot.

Where to find it

You'll find the multi-video upload toggle in the Questions section of the request builder, below your list of questions.

How it works

When you enable Allow uploads, respondents will see an additional "Upload your videos" section at the bottom of your request. They can select files from their device and upload up to 2 hours of video content in total.

Customising the upload label

You can change the text that appears to respondents by editing the Additional uploads label field. By default, it reads "Upload your videos" but you can tailor this to match your request—for example, "Share your existing testimonials" or "Add any relevant video clips."

Using uploads as a standalone option

Multi-video upload works independently of recorded questions. This means you can create a request with no questions at all and simply collect uploaded videos from respondents—useful when you want to gather existing footage without prompting specific responses.

When to use this feature

This option works well when respondents want to share b-roll footages within a request, or if they want to share other video content that they've collected outside of Vouch.
