Compositions

Compositions are stylized, edited video designs that showcase your best work for professional sharing.  The following guide outlines how to create a composition and edit it.

Create a composition

Create a new Composition

To create a Composition, choose Compositions from the side navigation and click on Create new composition button or you can select to create composition from the + Create option.

From the modal you can give your Composition a name.

Once your Composition has been created, you will be redirected to the Composition Editor where you can start building out your video composition.

Create from Library

Another way you can create a Composition is from the Vouch Library. From the Library, use the search and refinement options to find the video and image content you want to add to your Composition.

Once you have found them, select the videos and images you want to use, and then click on the Add to Composition button in the bulk action menu.

From the modal that loads up, you can choose to either add these videos to an existing Composition or create a new Composition to add them to.

Convert a Playlist

To convert a Playlist into a Composition, simply load the desired Playlist and click the edit button.

From the Playlist editor, select convert to composition from the top right hand corner to start the conversion process.

Create from Ask Vouch

To access Ask Vouch in your account, navigate to the Library within your account and using the search and refinement options, find the content you wish to run Ask Vouch against.

Select the videos you wish to use and then click on the Ask Vouch button in the bulk action menu.

From the modal that loads, select Highlights from the drop down menu. Once selected, Vouch will provide you a series of sample prompts based upon the selected content or you can add your own prompt.

Ask Vouch will then scan the respective videos to see if it can find any relevant parts which can be used as highlight clips. From the returned results, you can click on the thumbnail to play each clip in full.

From here you can either continue to prompt the tool for more highlights and/or select the highlights you want and add them to a new Composition by selecting Create and then selecting Create composition

Create from Highlights

To add Highlights to a Composition, simply navigate to the video you want to use and click on the Highlights tab, From here, select the highlights you want to add to your Composition.

Once one or more have been selected, you will be given a batch action menu.  Click on the overflow option and press add to composition.

From the modal that loads up, you can choose to either add these videos to an existing Composition or create a new Composition to add them to.
