The Vouch product team is currently addressing a bug in the Vouch for Canva app that has been caused by recent changes to the Canva API.

What has been impacted?

An issue is preventing videos from being dragged directly from the Vouch for Canva app's Library tab into a Canva design. You may see a Vouch can't upload the media error when attempting this action.

What still works?

All other functionality relating to the Vouch for Canva app is working including:

• Ability to drag and drop videos from the Downloads tab in the Vouch for Canva app into your design.
• Ability to send a video or playlist from your Vouch account to your Canva account using the Share to Canva.
• Ability to take designs you have created in Canva and Export to Vouch.

Workaround

While we work on a fix, we recommend these workarounds for using your Vouch videos in Canva:

• Use Share to Canva in Vouch to send videos directly into your Canva Downloads tab.
• Download the video from Vouch and upload it manually into Canva.

Resolution

Vouch is collaborating closely with the Canva integrations team to resolve this issue. We will let you know as soon as the issue has been fixed.
