The Recruiter Enablement Library provides an overview of every approved video and asset available for you to use.

Finding assets

Vouch offers a range of ways to find the assets you are looking for in the Recruiter Enablement library, including a keyword search, various refinement filters and sorting options.

The Sorting options available include the ability to Sort By:

  • Newest
  • Oldest

The Filtering options Vouch offers is the ability to Filter By:

  • Content Type (Video, Documents, Images, Link)
  • Contact
  • Request
  • Tag
  • Location
  • Role
  • Department

Filters can be used in conjunction with the keyword search to help make it easier to find the content you are looking for.

Actions

Quick actions are designed to make it easier to perform the key action(s) that you need to against your assets. To access the click actions simply click on the quick action menu located next to the asset title.

Quick actions you can perform against any video include:

  • Play the video
  • Copy the Playlink
  • Download the Video

Quick actions you can perform against any document and image include:

  • Open the asset details page
  • Copy the Link to asset
  • Download the asset

Quick actions you can perform against any link include:

  • Open the link details page
  • Copy the URL for the link
