Settings - Account settings

Vouch offers the ability to customise your profile, including your name, profile picture and password at anytime within the platform.

Your profile

To customize your name and profile picture, navigate to your account settings and select your profile.

From here you can update your name and profile picture for your account.

The email address associated with your account in Vouch cannot be edited via the Admin. If you wish to change this, please raise a support ticket with the team.

Change password

To change your password, navigate to account settings and select change password.

Passwords within Vouch must contain:

• At least 8 characters
• 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase character
• 1 symbol and 1 numeric value

For users who have authenticated using Single Sign On (including Google Authenticate), you will not be able to edit your password within Vouch.
