Vouch allows for Employer Branding teams to add more than just videos to their asset library. As part of the Recruiter functionality, customers can now add documents, images, music and more.

To add an asset, simply navigate to the Recruiter section within the Vouch Admin and click on the Add asset button.

From the add asset button, you will have the option to upload a video, upload a file, create a video recording or create a screen recording.

The following guides will provide more detail around the upload a video, create a video recording or create a screen recording flows.

If you click on upload a file, you will be given the opportunity to select a file from your computer and give it a name. Once you are happy with your selection, click on upload file.

Once uploaded, Vouch will analyse the provided document, allowing you to query it using Ask Vouch, as well assign tags to the file.

To add your file to a Persona, click on the Recruiter link in the header and click to create or update a Persona.
