The Vouch for HubSpot app allows users to capture and review authentic customer testimonials, feedback or team updates collected via Vouch natively within their Hubspot account.

The following guides outline how to connect the two Platforms, as well use it within the various Hubs within the HubSpot product.

Configure App

To setup the Vouch for HubSpot app, simply navigate to the Integrations page within your Vouch account and navigate to the HubSpot listing and click on it.

This will load the Vouch for HubSpot details page. To progress, simply click Connect with Hubspot to start the connection flow.

This will send you to the authentication screen where you can first select which Hubspot account you want to connect your Vouch account with.

Simply select which Hubspot account you want Vouch to publish to and hit Choose Account.

Final step in the process will be to grant the respective permissions to Vouch in order for the Vouch for Hubspot integration to work.

Once reviewing the required scopes, simply hit Connect App to finish the setup.

Sales Hub

Contacts

The Vouch for HubSpot App will automatically append any collected Vouch responses to the corresponding Contact record within Hubspot.

In scenarios where the Contact does not exist, Vouch will create a new record within Hubspot using the data collected via the Vouch Recorder.

Vouch Responses are appended to the activity feed for the respective Contact, as shown below.

Each activity record will include metadata about the Vouch Response, including the Campaign the response was collected on, the Questions that were asked and a transcript of the responses.

The Vouch Response can be played natively within Hubspot.

Lists

All Vouch Response metadata, including transcriptions, campaign details and more are available to build Active and Static Lists within your HubSpot instance.

To build a list using Vouch Response data, search for the Vouch for Hubspot filter under the Integration filters header.

Once selected, you will be presented with the respective metadata fields available to filter with.

Simply select the field(s) you wish to filter with (such as search for any response where a particular word is mentioned in the transcription) and generate your respective list.

Workflows

Leverage transcriptions and other response data to build out automations within Hubspot.

To build a Workflow using Vouch Response data select to create either a blank Contact based workflow or one of the Contact based templates.

Once loaded, you can select Vouch for Hubspot fields as either a trigger or an action value to build out your workflow.

Website

To add a Vouch Embed to your Website, open the respective page you wish to add the content and scroll to the respective area you would like to add the player.

From the left hand menu, search for the module Vouch Embed and drag to the respective area on the page you would like it to sit.

Once added you will be presented with the Vouch Embed configuration options. Here you can press Select from Vouch to select a Vouch Response from your Vouch account.

Once selected, you can then define the Embed type and styling to match your brand.

Marketing Hub

Email

To add Vouch Campaign Request link to one of your Marketing Emails, load the Email template you wish the link to appear on and then scroll to the respective area you would like to add the button.

From the left hand menu, click on the + More button to load up additional Email modules.

From the More Options list, look for the Custom Module titled Vouch Button and drag onto your Email Template.

Once added to your Email Template you can press Select from Vouch to select a Vouch Campaign Request you wish to reference and then configure the look and feel of the Email Button.

Landing Pages

To add a Vouch Embed to a Landing Page, open the respective page you wish to add the content and then scroll to the respective area you would like to add the player.

From the left hand menu, search for the module Vouch Embed and drag to the respective area on the page you would like it to sit.
